Our "all volunteer" organization consists of locals and people of various nationalities that were drawn to Latin America for the same reasons you've traveled here... surfing, fishing, eco-touring, adventure... and over the years we've developed a deep love for the places and people we've come to know.
Our Board of Directors are Global Travelers. We've all experienced the amazing natural beauty and the painful poverty of the countries where we now volunteer.
Now, our goal is to RECIPROCATE... to give back... to help the people and communities that have given so much to us! Will you join us? Combined, the donations of only a small percentage of travelers to Central America can make a huge IMPACT on the lives of hundreds, or thousands, of children!

How we got our start
I came here for the same reasons you did—the surf, the fishing, the mountains, the rivers, the culture. I left with incredible memories. But when I returned to live here, the more I saw what I’d missed. Beneath all the beauty, too many kids are fighting to survive. That’s why I started Hope for Latin Children.
Giving back should be simple—no red tape, no wasted money. Just real help for local kids who need food, education, and care. This isn’t just about CHARITY; It’s about RECIPROCITY — giving back to the people and places that have given us so much!
